Membership eligibility
Only the official public authority responsible for the business and commerce registers in a European country is eligible for membership in the Forum.
In countries divided into multiple jurisdictions, only one public authority may be elected as a member of the Forum.
Application for membership
An application for membership must be sent to the President of the Steering Committee.
The General Assembly decides on a membership application at its next annual session, by majority of votes of the members present.
