On behalf of the European Commerce Registers’ Forum (ECRF) and Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) it is my pleasure to invite you to attend the first joint conference for ECRF|CRF.

The ECRF|CRF Conference 2016 is being hosted by Companies House UK and will involve a variety of plenary and interactive sessions as we explore the issues that face corporate registries across the globe and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.

The joint conference will be held in Cardiff, UK from Monday 9 May to Friday 13 May 2016 at the City Hall building, located in the City Centre.

I hope that you will be able to attend the conference, as it will provide an ideal opportunity for you to learn from, listen to and inspire others. There is also the opportunity to attend study tours of Companies House during the afternoon of both Monday 9 and Friday 13 May.

If you, or your delegation, require a personal letter of invitation for visa purposes, please email me as soon as possible, with the full name, date of birth and gender of the person(s) attending. I can then arrange for a letter to be emailed to you. Please visit the UK Government (Border Agency) website to check if you require a visa or not.

Important information:

• Companies House Tours: expressions of interest will need to be registered separately to registering for the conference. Before booking, please check the details on the registration page of the website (please note: the study tours have been arranged when the AGM Meetings will take place: ECRF AGM – Monday afternoon (9 May) and CRF AGM – Friday afternoon (13 May)). Please ensure you book a tour when you are NOT required to attend an AGM.
• There is also limited availability for the tours for only 100 delegates per tour. Priority will be given to ECRF/CRF/IACA and ASORLAC members on a first come first served basis. If you have been successful, you will be notified via email.

Registration for 2016 conference will close at midnight on Friday 22 April.
The conference rates for all hotel bookings are only valid until 8 April, please ensure that your accommodation is booked before this time. Thereafter the conference rate will no longer be valid.
